VICE PRESIDENT FOR CLIENT SERVICES
Linda Perez has been working at MOWCTX for over 20 years.
She started as a Case Manager in the Client Services Department. In 2002, she was named Assistant VP for Client Services overseeing the daily operations of the department and directly supervising the CARE Services team, which is responsible for assisting clients with comprehensive case management needs.
The transition to Vice President has allowed Linda to continue her passion of assisting our most vulnerable neighbors. Linda’s favorite quote comes from Maya Angelou: “If you find it in your heart to care for someone else, you will have succeeded”.
Linda is proud to be part of MOWCTX family and hopes to continue to instill her passion and compassion to those with whom she works. She believes interacting with older adults has allowed her to continue to learn because she knows that older adults make the best teachers!
Linda represents MOWCTX in community events and is also part of the Aging Service Council, Age Well Live Well, Best Single Source Plus Collaborative and Austin Energy’s Discount Steering Committee.
She graduated with Honors from Texas A & M University Kingsville with a Bachelors of Sciences in Human Services in 1996. She later obtained her Social Work License in 1999.
Linda lives in Pflugerville with her husband, two children and two dogs.
